Reporting a wrong price
If a price on ThePriceBoard doesn't match what the business actually charges, tell us through the contact form — choose “Price correction” and include the business page URL if you can. Every business page also has a “Report a price change” link that fills this in for you.
What happens next
Corrections are reviewed and processed within 2 business days. We check the report against the original source — the business's website, posted signage, or the business itself — and then either update the price list or, if we can no longer verify the prices, unpublish the page until we can.
Listings whose source repeatedly produces bad data get unpublished rather than patched. A missing page is better than a wrong one.
For business owners
If you own or manage a listed business, you can claim your listing, update your prices, or have the listing removed entirely — all free of charge. Use the contact form and choose “Business owner: update or claim my listing” or “Remove my listing.” Requests are handled within the same 2-business-day window.
Owner-provided prices are marked with an “Owner-provided” badge so visitors know they came straight from you.
